A MAXX-coated DeeMaxx mechanical/hydraulic disc brake caliper for trailer axles rated 3-6K, supplied with yellow ceramic brake pads. As a mechanical/hydraulic caliper it is built to be applied mechanically as well as by hydraulic pressure, the style chosen when the brake setup includes a mechanical parking brake. The caliper holds a pad on each side of the rotor and clamps them together when the brake system builds hydraulic pressure.
