This DeeMaxx Master Kit converts a tandem (two-axle) trailer on 7K axles to disc brakes in one order: the actuator, the brake line kit and a MAXX-coated wheel end kit for all four wheels. The complete kit weighs 258 lb.
What's included
- (1) EOHA1600 electric-over-hydraulic (EOH) actuator
- (1) DOT-TA20K tandem-axle brake line kit
- (4) 1/DBI-7K-MAXX single-wheel disc brake conversion kits, one per wheel end
Fitment
For tandem axle trailers on 7,000 lb axles with 1/2" wheel studs. Each 1/DBI kit covers one wheel end, so the four kits cover both axles. Professional installation is recommended. Confirm your axle rating, bolt pattern and brake flange before ordering, and contact us for fitment help.
Pairs with: a spare DeeMaxx replacement brake pad set for the same axle rating. See the full DeeMaxx range.
DeeMaxx backs its galvanized, MAXX-coated, zinc-coated and stainless steel parts with a 7-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (see the DeeMaxx warranty statement for terms).
