All four corners in one order: 2 front and 2 rear genuine Bilstein B8 5100 shocks for the Toyota 4Runner 2003-2009. The B8 5100 is Bilstein's 46mm monotube shock for leveled and lifted trucks and SUVs. The front shocks in this set are the ride-height-adjustable version; the lift range Bilstein lists for each shock is in the fitment notes below.

Front and rear are matched from the same Bilstein series for the same vehicle and ride height, so the truck damps evenly at both ends. If you tow a camper or trailer, fresh shocks at all four corners are what take the wallow and porpoising out of the ride.
