Giant Membership — annual

Giant Membership is our $69-a-year membership for people who keep their rig on the road. It pays for itself on one ordinary order.

• 5% off every order, applied automatically. No code to type, and it works alongside your free shipping. It replaces a discount code rather than stacking with one, so you always get the better of the two. Not on the membership itself or the member kits, which are already member-priced.
• Free shipping on everything, no minimum — including freight and oversized parts: skylights, doors, hubs, tanks, jacks.
• 30-day price protection, checked for you. For 30 days after your order we watch both our own price and what authorized U.S. retailers charge. If either comes in lower than you paid, we send you the difference as store credit automatically. Non-members have to spot it and claim it themselves.
• Price-drop alerts at a lower trigger. We watch what you viewed and what you left in your cart. Members hear on a 2% drop, for 30 days; everyone else only at 5%, for 14.
• $10 back when you join and $10 at every renewal.
• Member pricing on seasonal kits. Each kit opens as its season comes round — Winterize from September, Season-Ready from February. The Bearing Service kit is available all year.
• 90-day returns instead of the usual 30.
• Two-year warranty on RV Parts Giant and Black Series parts, and we file manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf.
• Priority tech line — fitment and technical answers from a named tech within one business day.
• “We'll find it” sourcing and power-system sizing. Send a part number or a photo, or tell us your rig and your loads, and we quote or design it for you.
• First look at clearance — 48 hours before anything goes public.
• Off-grid rally — we're planning one. Members get the invitation and early booking first, plus 500 points for checking in.
• A free Harvest Hosts membership for as long as you're a member — overnight stays at wineries, farms and breweries.

Standard customers earn 1 point per $1. Active Giant Membership members earn 2 points per $1 on every purchase. The Plus rate includes the standard point plus 1 extra member point per $1. Points are based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and tax.

Purchase points are added 30 days after your order is paid. The Plus bonus appears as a separate credit after the same wait. Standard purchase points may appear as pending before then; the Plus bonus will not appear until it is credited. Returns and cancellations reduce eligible points.

Use the same customer account as your active membership. Membership eligibility is checked when payment is received. After your membership ends, future purchases earn the standard rate. 100 points = $1 off, and points never expire. See RVPG Rewards for current review and referral rewards.

Renews automatically every year until canceled. Annual billing only. Refundable within 14 days if no member order has been placed. Full terms on the Giant Membership page.
