The dinette table with adjustable legs is the genuine Black Series table that does double duty in the HQ Series: at full height it is the dining and work surface, and dropped down it bridges the dinette seats to make an extra bed. Owners replace the table when the top has delaminated or been gouged, and replace the leg on its own when the height mechanism no longer locks and the table wobbles.

Installation and care
The leg mounts to a floor plate; check that the plate screws are tight and the floor around it is sound before fitting the new leg, since a loose plate is often the real cause of a wobbly table. Keep the leg's sliding section clean and lightly lubricated so it adjusts without binding. Lower the table to bed height before travel so it cannot swing or vibrate on the track.
