Victron Battery Chargers: Blue Smart, Smart IP43 & Skylla
Victron AC battery chargers charge lithium, AGM, gel and flooded batteries with the correct profile for each, and most can be set up and monitored over Bluetooth. They are a common replacement for an RV converter that does not charge lithium properly.
Which charger?

Blue Smart IP22: for dry indoor spaces, with one or three outputs, up to 30A.

Blue Smart IP65: sealed against dust and water jets, for bays and garages, up to 25A.

Blue Smart IP67: fully waterproof, for exposed locations and boats.

Smart IP43: higher current with universal input, for larger lithium banks.

Centaur, Phoenix and Skylla: heavy-duty chargers for boats, big coaches and 24V systems.
Size the charger at about 10 to 25 percent of the bank capacity in amps for lead-acid, and up to 50 percent for lithium: a 200Ah lithium bank charges well from 30 to 60A.

Can a Blue Smart charger charge lithium?
Yes. Every current Blue Smart model has a LiFePO4 profile, selectable in the app or with the mode button.
Can I leave it connected all winter?
Yes. The charger drops to storage mode and periodically refreshes the battery, which is ideal for an RV in storage.
