Ways to pay
- Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB.
- Shop Pay — one-tap checkout with your saved details.
- PayPal.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices and browsers.
- Trade accounts — dealers, outfitters and fleets: Trade Program.
All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Discount codes
Enter the code on the checkout page, not in the cart. One order-level code per order; codes don't stack with each other unless the offer says so. The current site-wide code is shown in the announcement bar at the top of every page.
Sales tax
Charged where we're required to collect it, calculated at checkout by ship-to address. Refunds include the tax paid.
Currency
Prices are in U.S. dollars. International orders are charged in USD; your bank sets the conversion.
Order changes and cancellations
Email support@rvpartsgiant.com with the order number as soon as possible. Once an order is processing, sent to a supplier or shipped we can't guarantee cancellation, but the 30-day return policy still applies.
Security
Shopify checkout, TLS encryption, 3-D Secure where your bank requires it. If an email asking for payment doesn't come from an @rvpartsgiant.com address, it isn't from us.
