We offer annual inspections, seasonal preparation, off-grid system care, and mobile service for eligible Black Series camper models. Adventure Care Plan — $1,199 / year
A one-year plan bundling selected services and customer benefits. Renewal, cancellation, service-area, scheduling, and refund terms are disclosed before enrollment.
One Comprehensive Annual Service ($999 listed price)

Annual Service
Essential Annual Safety Service — $449
Annual inspection for eligible models covering selected brakes, wheel bearings, tires, suspension, 12V power, propane-system condition, and exterior seals. Includes a digital report and, where applicable, a service-record entry. Scope is confirmed before booking.
Comprehensive Annual Service — $999 (Expanded Scope)
Includes Essential plus selected bearing service, roof and seam inspection or resealing, fresh-water sanitization, tank service, diesel heater service, solar and lithium diagnostics, and appliance testing. Parts, materials, repairs, and additional labor are quoted separately.
Off-Grid & Expedition Prep
Off-Grid Power & Heating Service — $349
Inspection and diagnostics for eligible lithium batteries, solar or RM6 controllers, inverters, and 12V diesel air and water heaters. Repairs, parts, programming, and additional labor are quoted separately.
Seasonal Services
Spring Prep & De-Winterization — $249
Selected preparation after storage, which may include de-winterization, fresh-water flushing and sanitizing, battery checks, and inspection of tires, brakes, and seals. Scope is confirmed before booking.
Winterization Service — $229
Selected freeze-protection and storage preparation, which may include draining or blowing out water systems, approved antifreeze, water-heater preparation, and battery-storage setup. This service reduces risk but does not guarantee against all freeze or storage damage.
Mobile Service
Mobile Service Call-Out — $149
Mobile service may be available at eligible homes or campsites within a confirmed service area. The $149 fee covers standard travel only; labor, diagnostics, parts, extra mileage, tolls, and access fees may be additional. The fee may be waived under an active Adventure Care Plan, subject to plan terms. Confirmed drop-off service has no mobile call-out fee.
How it works
1. Request a booking — provide your model, location, requested service, and known issues. 2. Receive confirmation — we confirm availability, scope, location, appointment time, and charges in writing. 3. Receive documentation — after service, we provide a report or invoice and, where applicable, a service-record entry.
Parts, materials, additional labor, out-of-area travel, tolls, access fees, and major wear items are quoted or disclosed before the related work. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are shown before booking. Services are not shipped and do not use the physical-product return policy.
