The Ionic 12V 100Ah is a dual-purpose lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery for bass boats, trolling motors, RV house systems, solar storage and backup power. It is rated at 1,100 cranking amps and 900 cold cranking amps, and Ionic says it can be used as the starting battery for Yamaha or Mercury outboards up to 200 hp.
It now ships in a BCI Group 31 case (13 x 6.75 x 9 in, 29 lb) with a carrying strap. Bluetooth shows status on your phone, and Ionic rates it for 4,500 cycles at 80% depth of discharge. Two in series make 24V and three make 36V for trolling motors.
