The Ionic 36V multi-voltage charger has two banks: one for a 36V battery and one for a 12V battery, both charging at 10A at the same time. It suits boats that run a 36V trolling motor alongside a 12V house or starting battery, and Ionic also names RVers as users.
The 36V bank charges to 43.8V and floats at 41.4V; the 12V bank charges to 14.6V and floats at 13.8V. Each bank picks its own profile, so a lithium and a lead-acid battery can charge together. It switches to float when full and can stay connected, within its 72-hour timeout.
