Shipping: this kit ships in more than one box. The LiTime items ship free and direct from LiTime's US warehouse; every other part ships from our warehouse in Upland, CA. Lower 48 states only (no Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico). LiTime warranty and support are handled by LiTime directly.

How it's sized
- Solar: 4 x 200W wired 2-series, 2-parallel: about 46V open circuit (around 52V cold) and 22A down the 10 AWG roof run. At 12V, 800W is about 56A of charge, which is why this kit uses LiTime's 100A MPPT rather than a 30A or 50A controller; it also leaves headroom to add panels later.
- MPPT output: 56A on a 4 AWG pair, protected by an 80A MIDI fuse.
- Inverter: Phoenix 12/1600, about 1,300W continuous / 120A from the battery, on 2/0 cable behind the 175A main fuse, inside the battery's 200A BMS.
- Charging budget: 800W of panel typically harvests around 3kWh on a clear summer day, most of a full refill of the 4,096Wh battery; the 40A DC-DC adds about 500W while driving.
- Monitor: the SmartShunt goes between the battery negative and the negative busbar, so solar, alternator, shore and inverter current are all counted.
Not included
- Short jumpers between fuse, switch, shunt and busbars, the vehicle-to-DC-DC cable run, and roof mounting hardware depend on your layout and are not included.
