Which LiTime battery is the one for a travel trailer that dry camps?

Short answer: For most travel trailers that dry camp a few nights, the LiTime 12V 200Ah Bluetooth: 2,560Wh in one case with a low-temperature cut-off. If you also want an inverter for every outlet, step to the 230Ah or 320Ah Mini, whose 200A BMS supports a 2,000W inverter that the 200Ah's 1,280W output cannot.

The short list

LiTime 12V battery Energy Continuous output (LiTime) Size (in) Weight
200Ah Bluetooth 2,560Wh 1,280W 20.95 x 8.15 x 8.5 41.75 lb
230Ah Bluetooth 2,944Wh 200A 19.02 x 6.69 x 9.45 not stated
320Ah Mini Bluetooth 4,096Wh 2,560W 14.49 x 7.44 x 10.04 57.17 lb

If you do not need every outlet live

The 200Ah is enough for lights, the water pump, fans, a 12V fridge and device charging over a few nights. It has a low-temperature charge cut-off (charging stops at 32°F, discharge at -4°F) and Bluetooth. LiTime recommends a 14.6V 40A charger for it.

If you want an inverter on all the outlets

That is where people get caught. LiTime lists the 200Ah at 1,280W maximum continuous output, which is a 1,000W inverter at most. For a 2,000W inverter, choose the 230Ah or the 320Ah Mini, both on a 200A BMS. The 320Ah Mini also stores the most energy and is the more compact case.

Recharging off-grid

Capacity only helps if you can put it back. The LiTime 200Ah RV Solar Starter Kit pairs the 200Ah with 400W of Renogy panels and a Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100/30. For bigger builds, the LiTime 320Ah Off-Grid RV Power System adds 800W of solar, a LiTime 100A MPPT, the 40A DC-DC charger and a Victron 1600VA inverter.

Before you order

Measure the battery compartment; these are larger than a Group 24. LiTime batteries ship free from LiTime's US warehouse to the lower 48 states.
