Buy the part, we fit it
Most of what we sell is a Saturday job with hand tools. Some of it — a MultiPlus and a lithium bank, an entrance door, a tankless water heater, a Cruisemaster coupler — is a job you'd rather have done by someone who has done it before. We're that someone: a parts counter in Upland, CA with a bay behind it.
What we install
- Victron power — MultiPlus / MultiPlus-II, SmartSolar MPPT, Orion DC-DC, SmartShunt/BMV, Cerbo GX, lithium batteries, Lynx distribution. Configured and commissioned in VictronConnect before you leave. Off-Grid Power & Heating Service, $349.
- Black Series OEM hardware — entrance doors and locks, dual-pane windows and struts, electric steps, water inlets and tanks, tankless water heaters, control panels.
- Running gear — Cruisemaster DO35/DO45 couplers, ARK jacks, Radflo shocks, bearings and bushings.
- Seasonal — Winterization Service, $183.20 and Spring Prep & De-Winterization, $199.20.
- Annual — Essential Annual Safety Service, $449 and Comprehensive Annual Service, $999.

At the shop in Upland, CA. Or at your storage lot or driveway with the Mobile Service Call-Out, $149 plus the service.
How it works
- Order the part, or tell us what you need and we'll quote part + labour together. Installation labour for one-off jobs is quoted per job.
- Pick a date. We confirm by email within one business day.
- Bring the rig (or we come to it). Parts are checked for fit before anything is removed.
Why it's worth it
Fitment returns are the most common reason a part comes back to us. An install booked with the part means we confirm fit before ordering, and if we're wrong, that's on us. Victron systems in particular are only as good as their settings — charge profiles, low-voltage cut-offs, BMS wiring — and we commission every one before handing it back.
