Effective October 26, 2026. Please keep these terms with your order confirmation.

1. What this plan is

The RV Parts Giant Protection Plan ("Plan") is an optional service contract you can buy with an eligible product from rvpartsgiant.com. It is not a manufacturer's warranty, and it does not replace or reduce the manufacturer's warranty.

  • Seller: RV Parts Giant, 2072 W 11th St, Upland, CA 91786. support@rvpartsgiant.com
  • Provider and administrator: Mulberry Shield, Inc., 22 N 6th St PH1E, Brooklyn, NY 11249-3097, 1-855-220-7005, help@getmulberry.com. In Hawaii and Washington the Provider is First Shield Consumer Service Corporation, 2345 Grand Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64108. In Florida the Provider is First Shield Consumer Service Corporation of Florida, Inc., 2345 Grand Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64108 (License #43787), 844-631-6707. The Provider is the party obligated to perform under this Plan and handles all claims.
  • Insurer: The Provider's obligations under this Plan are insured by a policy issued by Arch Insurance Company, 2345 Grand Blvd #900, Kansas City, MO 64108, 1-800-821-5546. If the Provider fails to pay or perform a covered service or refund within 60 days after proof of loss is filed (30 days in Alaska), or becomes insolvent, you may make a claim directly with Arch Insurance Company.

2. Covered product and term

The Plan covers the one product listed next to it on your order (shown as "Covers: …"), bought new from RV Parts Giant, for the term you chose: 2 years or 3 years. One Plan covers one unit. If you bought several units, you need one Plan per unit.

Coverage starts on the date your product is delivered and ends when the term runs out, or earlier if the Plan is cancelled or the limit of liability is reached.

Eligible products: products bought new from RV Parts Giant, priced $100–$7,999.99, that show the Protection Plan offer on their product page or in the cart. These include portable power stations, expansion batteries and solar generators (Jackery, BLUETTI, Anker SOLIX, Pecron); lithium batteries, solar panels, inverters, chargers, charge controllers and monitors (Victron Energy, Renogy, Rich Solar, LiTime, DualPRO); 12V fridges (ICECO, Engel); portable and RV air conditioners (Zero Breeze, Eco-Cool); Garmin RV electronics; and RV parts, appliances and gear from RV Parts Giant and Black Series. Accessories such as cables, covers, slides and mounts are not eligible on their own.

3. What's covered

  • Breakdowns: mechanical or electrical failure of the covered product from normal use, including failure of the built-in battery to charge, hold a charge or deliver power.
  • Accidental damage from handling: damage from a sudden, unexpected accident such as a drop, fall, liquid spill or cracked housing or screen that stops the product from working as it should.

There is no deductible.

4. What's not covered

  • Theft, loss, or a product that is misplaced or abandoned.
  • Intentional damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, or use against the manufacturer's instructions (for example, overloading, wrong voltage or charging with an incompatible source).
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect how the product works (scratches, dents, discoloration).
  • Normal battery wear: gradual loss of capacity from age and charge cycles, unless capacity falls below 70% of rated capacity within the term.
  • Fire, flood, storm, earthquake and other acts of nature; power surges from the utility grid; damage from pests or corrosion.
  • Damage from installation, modification or repair by anyone not authorized by the Provider or manufacturer.
  • Accessories, cables, cases and consumables, unless sold as part of the covered product.
  • Problems that existed before coverage started, and failures covered by a recall.
  • Commercial, rental or industrial use.
  • Products used or located outside the 50 United States.
  • Loss of data, lost income, spoiled food, damage to other property, and any other indirect or consequential loss.

5. How to make a claim

  1. Contact the Provider online at getmulberry.com/contact, through your Mulberry Dashboard at getmulberry.com ("File a claim"), or by phone at 1-855-220-7005 (9 AM–5 PM Eastern), as soon as possible, and within 30 days of the failure or accident. You can also email support@rvpartsgiant.com and we will help you start the claim.
  2. Have your RV Parts Giant order number, the product's serial number, a description of what happened, and photos or a video of the problem ready.
  3. Don't send the product anywhere or have it repaired until the Provider approves the claim. Unauthorized repairs aren't reimbursed.

For an approved claim the Provider will, at its option, repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal or similar features (which may be a different brand or model), or pay you the cost of repair or replacement. Replaced parts and products become the Provider's property.

6. Limit of liability

The most the Provider will pay over the life of the Plan, for all claims combined, is the price you paid for the covered product (before tax). When the Provider replaces the product or pays out that amount, the Plan has been fulfilled and ends.

7. Cancelling

  • Within 30 days of purchase (or 60 days where state law requires) and with no claim made: full refund of the Plan price.
  • After 30 days: a pro-rata refund for the unused part of the term, minus any claims paid and minus a cancellation fee of the lesser of 10% of the Plan price or $25 (no fee where state law doesn't allow one).
  • If you return the covered product for a refund, the Plan is cancelled and its price is refunded in full.
  • To cancel, email support@rvpartsgiant.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 30 days.

The Provider may cancel the Plan only for non-payment, fraud or material misrepresentation, with written notice and any refund owed under state law.

8. Transfer and renewal

If you sell or give away the covered product, you may transfer the Plan to the new owner by emailing support@rvpartsgiant.com with the order number and the new owner's name and email. The Plan can't be renewed.

9. Your information

When you buy a Plan, RV Parts Giant shares your name, email, phone, shipping address and the covered product's details with the Provider so it can register your Plan and handle claims. See our Privacy Policy.

10. State-specific terms

Some states have their own rules for service contracts. Where these terms conflict with your state's law, your state's law applies. The Provider's state-specific requirements and disclosures (section 9, "State Requirements and Disclosures", of the Mulberry Protection Plan Service Agreement) form part of this Plan and apply in your state.

This Plan is a service contract. It is not an insurance policy.
