Shipping Parts to a Campground or RV Park
Shipping parts to a campground or RV park
A camper breaks where it is, not at home. We ship to campgrounds, RV parks, storage yards, repair shops and general delivery every week from our warehouse in Upland, California. Here is how to do it so the box finds you.
1. Ask the office first
Most parks accept packages for registered guests. Call the office and ask three things: do they accept UPS and USPS, what name should be on the box, and whether they need your site number. Some parks refuse freight (pallets); if you are ordering a Black Series window, door, tank or wheel, ask before you order.
2. Write the address like this
Your name (as registered with the park)
c/o Park name, Site 42
Street address of the office
City, State ZIP
Your mobile number
Put the park name on the company line and your site on address line 2. The phone number matters: UPS and USPS drivers call when a park office is closed.
3. Order before 2 pm Pacific
In-stock parts ship the same business day when the order is in before 2 pm Pacific, Monday to Friday. Ground delivery is 1 to 2 days in California, Nevada and Arizona, 2 to 3 days across the West, 4 to 5 days to the East Coast. See the delivery time map. If you are leaving the park in two days, choose 2-Day or Overnight at checkout.
4. Moving on before it arrives?
Email Support@rvpartsgiant.com with the order number before it ships and we change the address at no charge. Once it has shipped, we can reroute through UPS for a carrier fee, or hold it at a UPS Access Point or post office near your next stop. General Delivery at a post office works for USPS packages: address it "Your name, General Delivery, City, State ZIP" and collect it with ID within 30 days.
5. Tell us it is urgent
Put "stuck at campground" in the order note. We pull those first and will tell you honestly if a part cannot make your date.
Questions before you order: Support@rvpartsgiant.com, or chat during counter hours, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm Pacific.
