Lithium batteries are a major investment, and standard alternators are not designed specifically for lithium charging. The AIMS Power 12V Lithium Battery Voltage Regulator safely manages charging by monitoring incoming DC voltage and automatically disconnecting when voltage moves outside safe operating limits. Once voltage stabilizes, the system automatically resets and resumes normal charging.
Unlike time based regulators, this unit uses real time voltage monitoring to control charging. This ensures optimal battery charging whenever voltage remains within a safe range, while allowing the system to continue charging larger battery banks as needed without unnecessary interruptions.
