NEST-Z bags are 7.0 mil, five-layer moisture-barrier bags built for EMP, HEMP and CME protection of stored electronics. Faraday Defense rates them at over 40 dB of EMI attenuation, 11,500 PSI tensile strength and 33 lb puncture resistance, and they are tested to ANSI/ESD S541 and S20.20 requirements. They are RoHS compliant and lead-free.
The 40-piece Mega Kit is Faraday Defense's largest NEST-Z set: 2 jumbo, 6 large, 16 medium and 16 small bags, enough to bag up the electronics of a whole rig or household, from radios and chargers down to cards and USB drives.
Each bag has a zip-lock closure and can also be heat-sealed or vacuum packed. Note that NEST-Z bags are for EMP protection only; they do not block cell, GPS or Wi-Fi signals.
