The Jackery Smart Transfer Switch can connect two Explorer 5000 Plus units, but only one Power Input/Output Cable comes in the box. This is the second cable, required to connect the second station.
If you are running a single 5000 Plus with the Smart Transfer Switch you do not need this. Buy it when you add the second unit.
