The Helix Pulse is the wall-mounted command center of the Helix H1 system: a 10.1 in anti-glare touchscreen running Helix OS that brings lighting, tank levels, temperatures, cameras and sensors onto one screen. Built-in Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth gateway let the system grow, and it pairs with the Helix Eye camera, Helix Signal sensors and Helix Flow tank monitor.

Do I need the Helix Pulse?
- For the A/C: no. Nomadic says the Pulse is not required for X2 Helix Gen II app control.
- For Helix sensors: the Helix Signal leak sensor requires it; the Pulse also shows Helix Eye cameras, Helix Flow tank levels and Helix Shift switches on one screen.
- How it works: runs locally on Helix OS with no cloud account, over Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Zigbee, with RS485, CAN, DI, DO and USB I/O.
- Mounting: surface mount, just under 1.5 in deep, per Nomadic.
