The Summit Flex is built on the Summit 2's internals with a new housing and a dual-orientation mount: lay it flat on the roof, or stand it upright on a wall, bulkhead or rear door and keep the roof free for solar panels or a rack. The indoor and outdoor units clamp together through one cutout, and the system arrives pre-charged, so it only needs a 12V power connection.
It delivers 10,000 BTU of cooling and 4,500 BTU of PTC heat, with a variable-speed scroll compressor that adjusts speed to demand to save battery, quiet brushless fans (down to 40 dB) and Bluetooth plus remote control.

Will it fit and run?
- Fits: flat on a roof or upright on a wall, bulkhead or rear door, through one cutout (14 x 7 in up to 16.5 x 15.7 in; 14.1 x 14.1 in standard). Roof or wall 1.5–3.5 in thick; 3.6–8.7 in needs OutEquipPro's extension kit.
- Power: 12V DC, 21–58 A. OutEquipPro recommends LiFePO4 with a 100 A or larger BMS.
