This is the Pro/Tran 2 manual transfer switch Jackery lists specifically for the HomePower 3600 Pro Max. It is not the same unit as the 120V 30A or 240V 50A switches, which serve the 2000 Plus, 3600 Plus and 5000 Plus.
It lets you select either generator or utility power for connected branch circuits. The double-throw action of the selectors prevents feeding generator power back to the utility and equally prevents utility power reaching the generator, which is the safety behavior that matters during an outage. Built-in circuit breaker protection is included.
