Processing in-stock orders

Physical products ship from Upland in 3–7 days. Orders submitted after 12:00 PM Pacific Time may begin processing on the next business day. Product-specific lead times may differ. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Expedited shipping options

Available methods and charges are shown at checkout for your product and delivery address. Expedited shipping changes carrier transit time; it does not necessarily shorten processing unless expressly stated. Oversized, freight, hazardous, backordered, special-order or restricted products may not qualify. Contact us before ordering if you need a part by a specific date.

Delivery estimates

Standard parcel and freight transit is generally 3–10 business days after shipment. The 3–7-day dispatch window does not include carrier transit time. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Destination restrictions, carrier operations and product-specific lead times may affect delivery.

Stuck at a campground?

Email Support@rvpartsgiant.com with your HQ model, the part, and where you are. If we can ship to a campground office, a UPS Access Point or a friend down the road, we will. Say "stranded" in the subject line and it goes to the front of the queue. How-to: shipping to a campground or RV park.

Free standard shipping eligibility

Eligible orders within the contiguous United States qualify for free standard shipping. Black Series replacement parts, oversized, freight, special-order, hazardous and certain destination-specific shipments are excluded. Applicable charges appear at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Tracking

We send a shipping confirmation with the carrier and tracking number when tracking is available. Carrier tracking can take 24–48 hours after shipment to show movement. Freight may be tracked or scheduled directly with the carrier.
