The Victron Argofet is a FET-based battery isolator that lets a single charging source, such as an alternator, charge two or three battery banks at once while keeping them electrically separated. Because it uses low-loss FET technology rather than diodes, it charges without the significant voltage drop associated with older diode isolators, so batteries reach a fuller charge.
It includes an alternator energize input to ensure the alternator senses a load, and is available in two- and three-battery versions rated at 100A or 200A. This makes it a reliable choice for RV, marine, and vehicle systems that charge separate starter and house banks. In stock and shipping from Upland in 3–7 days.

Which one you need
- 100-2 / 100-3: up to 100 A of alternator current, shared between 2 or 3 batteries.
- 200-2 / 200-3: up to 200 A, for 2 or 3 batteries.
- It charges every bank without connecting them, so the starter battery cannot be drained. The voltage drop is under 0.02 V at low current and about 0.1 V on average at higher current.
- An energize input powers B+ for alternators that need it to start charging. 12 or 24 V.

- Short, heavy cables: Victron's example drops 0.35 V at 50 A over 5 m of 10 mm² (AWG 7).
