BLUETTI Charger 1 Alternator Charger 560W

This charger works fantastic. My wife and I did a 2 week camping trip through the NW U.S.A. We traveled with a Little Guy Trailer and plugged in the trailer at night when no power was available. Powered all the necessities, even the small heater through the night. As we traveled, the charger quickly recharged the BLUETTI 200 and we were ready for the next night. We could have used the 200 for several nights without a charge but kept it charged anyway. Highly recommend this charger and BLUETTI products.

I purchased the Charger 1 for my truck to allow me to charge my AC200L while on the road or at a campsite during cloudy days. Install was straight forward and completed in about an hour. I added a 60Amp breaker on the input cable right at the battery to prevent a short in the event the input cable some how gets nicked. I've used in on 3 trips now and it gets the job done. Great product!

Whenever I hit the road, I had always found that trying to charge the power station of mine using solar panels while making a stop was ineffective, unless I reach a destination with plenty of daylight left. Because of fuel efficiency, I travel in my old but trusty Prius, and carrying a set of heavy solar panels is such a drag, let alone it takes up so much space. But, also, using the cigarette lighter port to charge a power station takes forever at the rate of just over 100Wh. Then, I came across the Charger 1 while watching a YouTube video from one of my favorite channels, and I immediately went to the website to purchase one but it was out of stock. I signed up for Notify Me, and as soon as I received the stock alert, I placed an order within minutes. That was late-November (11/27/2024 to be exact). It took a bit to arrive (12/6/2024) via FedEx, and then a few more days for me to be able to get around to it. One of the things that confused me was what voltage I was supposed to use for the input because my power station is one of the early models produced in late 2020 via a successful campaign on Indiegogo - AC200, and it was not listed in the manual. So, I called in. That was 2 days ago, and the representative really didn't have good answers to my questions, let alone a bit of condescending tone of hers, and despite the promise, the technical support had never reached out to me for the voltage check question, and hence, I ended up calling them again earlier today. This time, the male representative answered the call. After carefully listening to my concerns and questions, he suggested, quickly double checking for a couple of minutes, that I customize it to 56 volt or choose the model of AC200L, which I was quite surprised at first. But, it WORKED. There was a little hiccup with a fault warning going off on my AC200 at first, but it was due to the fact that the charging method was set for Car Charging, rather than PV Charging. Previously I had set it for car charging (at the rate of just over 100Wh). Once I switched it to latter, it boosted the charging rate from just over 100Wh to around 565Wh (it fluctuates between 562 and 569). Holy moly! By the way, the charging rate of 562-569Wh is actually faster than the rate at home using the wall outlet, which is 492Wh. Although I will have to see how it performs in the long run, but I am quite thrilled by this right now!

Easy install, great product

The charger 1 is an amazing product, the fast changing capabilities of this is amazing but more importantly is the fact that you change that to be a slower charge (which I think is a bit better on saving the lifespan of the batteries). The hook up was easy and enough wire is supplied to perform full hook ups.

I have both the Charger 1 and the Charger 2. My advice is just pick up the Charger 1. It's more stable.

Charger 1 worked great in my camper trailer to keep my AC 180 charged while traveling from camp site to camp site. Great product highly recommend to substitute solar when it’s cloudy.

Love it. Does exactly what it should. Took a bit to figure out the best way to hook it up to a new sprinter.

Easy install in my 2015 low roof Transit. Seems to be working as designed. Keeps my AC180 charged when needed.

I have a 2 door jeep and the included cable was barely enough.

The online pricing for product bundles are not accurate

I like the fact that when im camping or off grid I can charge my AC180 straight from my vehicle. Everything I've purchased from Bluetti so far has worked great.

Not really I generally have been pleased and impressed with service and products Rosie my service person was outstanding, very knowledgeable, smart, friendly, polite , effective, efficient. I am very pleased with the quick response from customer service however the issue of the length of the cable from the Charger 1 to the Elite 400 unit remains a problem. I understand that this is a manufacturing issue but at some point a 10 or 20 foot cable needs to be available. Thanks for responding in a very timely manner.

gives me more options traveling in remote areas-although you should offer options to lenght of battery cable harness-to short for full size pick-up trucks

I bought the Charger 1 with multiple-day adventures in mind. The installation was easy because the directions that come with the unit are comprehensive. My wife and I are anxious to get out and explore once the weather warms up. Our AC180T has been great over the last 2 years of ownership, running our 12v fridge, charging phone and camera batteries, and running a fan at night for some air circulation and white noise. With the Charger 1, we can stay off-grid as long as the groceries hold out.

This kept my AC180 going on a working road trip for 2 months. No issues, great interface, fast charging. I rarely ever had to use my solar panels as a few hours of driving gave it so much juice!

Add ordered items to the users account so it will show the status and avoid necessary calls. Send and email showing the status every week for updates. How hard is that? The rep was kind and considerate. He was able to give me an update and confirmed that it WAS in the system.

Give the service techs more information that can find

When my new unit malfunctioned, their personal follow-up made me feel valued. In today’s world, quality customer service is rare; genuine follow-up is even harder to find.
