The BLUETTI RV5 is a 5-in-1 power hub that replaces the converter, inverter, transfer switch, solar controller and DC-DC charger in an RV electrical system with a single unit. It combines solar MPPT charging, vehicle (alternator) charging, a 5,000W inverter/charger, battery charging and a 48V DC step-down module, and it is the control center of BLUETTI’s modular RV power system. Pair it with the B4810 battery, the Epanel distribution panel and the Epad screen to build a complete 48V system for a travel trailer, fifth wheel, van or boat without designing the balance of system yourself.

What it runs and what fits
- Runs: 5,000W continuous and 10,000W surge, per BLUETTI, with a 12V or 24V DC output for the coach's existing circuits. On shore power it passes up to 6,000W through a 50A bypass.
- Batteries: the B4810, up to 24. BLUETTI says one B4810 limits the system to 4,320W, and recommends two for a 15,000 BTU AC overnight.
- Panels: BLUETTI's RV5 kits use 2, 4 or 6 PV100 FX panels, and BLUETTI says the system takes up to 16 (1,600W). Ask us before planning anything bigger.

RV5 works great, although the battery is a different story. It doesn’t hold up to the hype you say. I will need to buy another battery when the prices come down.

Haven’t used my RV5.The van builder that was recommended to me, has been nothing but a nightmare. Said he looked forward to building my Dream Van”. Turned out to be a nightmare.Looking forward to using the RV5 in the next couple months.

Im actually very satisfied. I'm not sure if the people I've been communicating with understand what I've been asking. I'm new to the solar game and I purchased what I thought would be the best easiest system that I may be able to install myself. Only questions I've had is with the solar panels. My overlander conversion has limited space on the roof so 100 watt panels will be to many for my limited space. So ineed to know whats the biggest panels I can go with per array. So since I don't feel like I can get two sets of panels on the roof unless theyre 300w to 500 watts each then maybe I could. If not can I do the 2nd array charging from my 2nd 12 volt alternator. But I could change it out the 12 volt alternator to a bigger 12 volt , 24v or 48 volt alternators? I guess I need some one to just dumb this down so I know exactly what I should do. No decision making on my end. Just Dave this Is exactly what is the best for your situation . I hope that makes l es sense because ive asked as Many ways as I know how. Please help m
