The Comvolt car charger is a 30A DC-DC charger that takes power from a vehicle's 12V or 24V system while you drive and charges a 12V LiFePO4 battery on the correct 14.6V lithium profile. It is the same kind of alternator charger Comvolt includes with its 2200 and 4200 stations, sold separately as a spare or for a second vehicle.
It is waterproof and passively cooled, with an LED charging indicator and protection against over-voltage, over-temperature, over-current and short circuit. Input and output are not isolated.
