Engel made the original high-performance rotomolded cooler, and the Engel 35 is built the same way: one seamless rotomolded shell, a full 2 inches of closed-cell foam all round and an all-silicone gasket. It is certified bear resistant by the IGBC, which matters at many campgrounds and national parks, and it takes dry ice for longer trips off-grid.
Features
- Seamless rotationally molded construction
- 2 in of closed-cell foam in the lid, walls and floor
- All-silicone gasket for a near-airtight seal that holds its shape
- IGBC certified bear-resistant container (molded on the rear lid)
- Dry-ice compatible
Specifications
- Model: ENG35 family (sheet code RENG35 + colour suffix)
- Ice retention: multi-day; Engel rates its rotomolded range at up to 8-10 days
- Insulation: 2 in closed-cell foam
- Gasket: silicone
- Certification: IGBC bear resistant
- Warranty: 10 years (Engel)

Is the Engel 35 the right size?
Engel builds every rotomolded cooler from the 25 to the 320 the same way, and rates the Engel 35 at up to 10 days of ice. So choose by how much you carry, who lifts it when full and where it rides. Our Engel cooler size guide compares all eleven sizes.
Made to fit the Engel 35: the marine-grade seat cushion, a SeaDek non-slip topper in grey or tan and the SLIDE35 cooler slide.
