Heating pads on a camper's water tanks are what keep the tanks from freezing on a cold night, and they fail quietly: the pad separates from the tank, a wire chafes on the chassis, or the element stops working. This genuine Black Series replacement heating pad restores the original heating function on HQ Series campers.

One replacement heating pad, sold individually. Order one per tank position you are replacing.
Installation and care
Disconnect the camper's battery before removing the old pad, and note which wire went where. The tank surface must be clean and dry before the new pad goes on, and the pad needs full contact with the tank; a pad that is only partly in contact overheats in spots and fails early. Route the wiring away from sharp chassis edges and secure it with clips or ties. Check the pad and its connections each fall before the first freeze; a failure is easier to find in the driveway than at a frozen campsite.
