The Jackery SolarSaga 200W is a folding portable solar panel for recharging Jackery power stations at camp. TOPCon monocrystalline cells convert about 25% of sunlight, and the bifacial layout adds output from light reflected off the ground.

It is IP68 dust and water rated for rain, snow, sand and dirt, unfolds with adjustable stands in seconds, and packs flat in a camper or truck bed. The box includes a 3 m multi-function cable with USB charging ports and a DC8020 to DC7909 adapter, so it connects to current and older Jackery stations.

Jackery is the best

1000V2, 300, and 200 watt solar panels power my camping needs. No problem keeping my camp refrigerator going for weeks. Good stuff that works!

1 Panel made 202w-208w in January!

My first experience using solar power, I must admit I am impressed. The 200w solar panel kept my Jackery 1000v2 as well as my small camp trailer battery (Lipo4 100ah) charged for my 10 day trip through the Southwest in January. At the Grand Canyon I was able to get 200w-208w readings out of just 1, 200w panel. A second panel is in my future plans. Highly recommended products!

It’s not imputing any charge! I’ve tried it once, blamed it on the weather. Second time there was no excuse. I tried to troubleshoot with no luck

Love with 1 issue

The 200 watt works so much better than two 100 W screens the only issue I have is that it is not sturdy on just two legs it needs three legs one needs to be in the middle because the Concurve from non support makes the solar panel not as effective. When I supported the middle so that it was flat all crossed all four panels then I got over 200 Watts from the sunshine the highest I reading I had was 208 w. This is an issue that needs to be addressed by Jackery, but can be adjusted by the purchaser.

Exactly as advertised. In convenient bag for storage. Folds out quickly. One test with two, recharged the 3000 pro while running the refrigerator and TV for 9 hours. Highly recommend.

Awesome addition

I purchased two Jackery Solarsaga 200w panels to add to my Explorer 1500 with two 100w solar panels which I had purchased last year. What a Great addition. More power with less wait to chrarge.

200W SolarSaga Panel

I have acquired 4 of these solar panels from two Jackery purchases. As Jackery states, using more than two panels does allow for a faster charge. Yeah, the panel kickstands could be more supportive. Particularly in the middle. But once in place the panel stays put nicely. Every 30-45 minutes you do need to orient the panel slightly more directly in-line with the moving sun to get the best charge. When the sun is directly overhead the panels may need to be "more horizontal" to the ground to get more direct sunlight. To accommodate this, I use 5 triangle shaped Styrofoam blocks to help lower the panel's angle to the sun. One block at each "fold" and one block at each end. On an optimal sunny day, we regularly achieve 175 watts per panel. (700w with 4 panels). I have seen a rare 384 watts using two panels to charge our 2000 v2. The Sun Angle Indicator, aka bullseye indicator, is a must to be referenced for the best solar charging angle. Due to normal electrical resistance, I do not expect to ever see 200w.

Solar Saga review

The two 200 watt solar panels got me through 14 and 1/2 days with no electricity in Northwest Indiana. They did the job of running my frig if I had enough Sun. Another 400 watts would fix this problem. Also I wish it came with longer cords so I could keep the batteries in my basement rather than outside. If you need to keep moving the panels in order to follow the Sun the stands on the back of the panel can be a pain. I also thought the solar panels were a little expensive.

I wish these solar panels were water resistant so if we got a rain shower when they're out we wouldn't have to worry..

190 watts max.

I have been using 2 of the solarsaga 200W solar panels and running test.I will note that there was a lot of smoke due to fires so test wasn't ideal but this is a real world test that you may encounter as well. I set up 2 solar panels and found it can only produce around 150 watts when the sun is at zenith. I started the test when the sun was at least 30 degrees above the horizon. I laid one solar panel flat while the other was set at an angle using the dot indicator on the solar panel. I will note that many factors may cause the panels not producing a full 200 watts, Your Altitude above sea level, the suns altitude above the horizon, Humidity. Smoke from fires. All these things can greatly affect the solar panels from producing max power. Just because the sun is shining doesn’t mean it will achieve maximum wattage from the solar panels. The lower the sun is, the more the photons are scattering through the atmosphere. The higher the sun is above the horizon, the better the performance for the solar panel. When the sun is low the photos must travel 2000 miles through the atmosphere before they hit the panel. When the sun is at zenith the photons only must travel about 10 miles through the atmosphere. Big difference. Here are the following tests: Altitude 30 degrees, Humidity 71% Solar Panel lying flat 63 W Solar Panel angled to sun 71 W Altitude 45 degrees, Humidity 72% Solar Panel lying flat 98 W Solar Panel angled to sun 111 W 1 hour before transit, Humidity 59%, suns solar rays 1008 W/M² (watts per square meter) Solar Panel lying flat 133 W Solar Panel angled to sun 147 W Transit (zenith), Humidity 56%, suns solar rays 1011 W/M² Solar Panel lying flat 137 W Solar Panel angled to sun 150 W 1 hour after transit, Humidity 56%, suns solar rays 1011 W/M² Solar Panel lying flat 137 W Solar Panel angled to sun 150 W *** On August 17,2026 rain had passed through and cleaned out the dust and smoke in the atmosphere skies cleared and I was able to get 190 Watts max 1 hour after transit. Solar rays was registering 1166 W/M² ***

We just used this for the first time camping, and it put out a good 175-180w when we had it positioned well. The shadow positioning tool is clever! We charged our 1000w Jackery from <75% to 100% within just a couple of hours. Excellent purchase!

I am happy with my decision to purchase a power station and solar panels from Jackery. Not only was it on sale, the system performs exactly as I hoped.

Off Grid User

I am generally happy with system. A suggestion however would be to let folks know you need more panels to not only charge system but to operate daily use of appliances. I had to purchase an additional 4 panels to charge battery enough for battery to last over night. This for an off-grid system. Also, that a gas generator does not always work for the battery charge. My gas generator evidently does not have "clean" power. Maybe some options how to charge battery without AC utility power supply.

50w Full Sun

Readjusted multiple times with little to no input increase. Wattage went down and continued to plummet the longer I had it plugged in (about 1hr). Used with jackery power bank.
