Type: DC-DC battery charger — non-isolated smart alternator charger, Bluetooth
The Victron Orion XS DC-DC battery charger is a compact, high-efficiency charger that tops up an auxiliary battery from a vehicle's starter battery or alternator as you drive. Its slim design and low heat output let it be mounted in tight spaces, making it a favorite for space-constrained camper van conversions.
The 12/12-50A model delivers a strong charge rate to house banks, and built-in Bluetooth allows setup and monitoring through the VictronConnect app. It uses an adaptive charge profile to protect battery health and integrates with the wider Victron ecosystem for a well-managed 12V system.
