Figures are Jackery's. A dash means Jackery doesn't publish a solar wattage for that model.

Explorer or HomePower?

Explorer units are built to carry to camp. HomePower units are built to sit in one place and switch over in an outage, and most of them expand with extra battery packs. Our Jackery RV buying guide explains both families model by model.

What size do I need?

Pick by output first: the station's rated watts must beat your biggest appliance. Then pick capacity for how long you need it. See what size Jackery you need for your RV, or compare the Explorer 1000 v2, 1000 Plus and 2000 v2.

Can a Jackery run a microwave or the air conditioner?

Jackery puts most microwaves at 600–1,200 W, so you need the Explorer 1000 v2 (1,500 W) or bigger. A rooftop air conditioner needs a large starting surge and lots of capacity. The math is in can a Jackery run a microwave, coffee maker or RV AC.

How many solar panels can I connect?

Each station has a solar input limit, from 100 W to 4,000 W. See how many SolarSaga panels each Jackery can take and SolarSaga panels explained.

Can one Jackery cover the RV and home outages?

Yes, that's what the HomePower range is for. Read Jackery HomePower for RV and home backup before you choose.

Which Jackery can run my travel trailer?

It depends on what you run. A 30-amp trailer needs a station with a TT-30 outlet or adapter and enough output for the air conditioner if you run it. Our guide which Jackery runs a 30-amp travel trailer walks through it, and the Jackery RV power kits pair a station with the right panels.
