The Jackery Explorer 1000 v2 is the best-selling 1kWh station in the range: 1,070Wh of LiFePO4 capacity and 1,500W of AC output in what Jackery calls the smallest 1kWh LFP power station, at 23.8 lb. Emergency Super Charge takes it from empty to full in about an hour from a wall outlet, and it switches to battery in under 20 milliseconds when shore power drops.
Dual 100W USB-C ports plus USB-A cover laptops, phones and camera gear, and the AC outlets handle a 12V fridge, CPAP, fans and lights overnight in a travel trailer or van. Twelve days ago I set out on a camping trip to a remote part of Wyoming by myself. Since I was going to be making more of these trips alone into remote locations (I’m a rock hound) I purchased StarLink and the Jackery Explorer 1000. I also had a Jackery 160 I had gotten as a gift along with me as well. I ran out of gas 33 miles from my destination. It happened that my phone died at the same time! I had no services available to be able to reach anyone to get help. Thankfully I had the the two Jackery solar generators with me! I plugged my phone into the 160 to charge and connected StarLink to the 1000. Took a very short time to charge my phone and I was able to reach a service that brought me fuel. I was stranded for over three hours and shudder to think what would have happened if I had not had my Jackery solar generators. Only one or two vehicles passed by me within each hour. One positive thing that came from the experience was that I now have confidence that I can have power no matter where I am!

I absolutely love this unit. The 1000 v2 is the perfect fit combining portability and functional power. This unit provides enough power to operate nearly every appliance you use typically use for a significant amount of time. Normally, I use one as a UPS for my gaming setup. During power outages, I plan to use 2 of these to power my fridge and freezer, and then recharge these units during longer outages with the 2000 v2 and HP 3000 (then recharging those units with solar panels and/or gas generator).

Been waiting to use the Jackery Solar Generator before providing a review. The JSG is being used to power a CPAP on camping excursions with the Scouts. In trials at the house in ideal conditions can get two nights on a full charge. On the weekend Campout can get the same. Was hoping for at least three nights but not possible. As winter approaches am curious how the JSG will perform in cold weather. Have yet to use the purchased solar panels.

So far the unit appears to be working fine, but the app automatically put the unit into fast charge mode and will not allow me to change out of that mode. The only way to change modes is through the app. I have been in contact with customer service for over a week, and so far no solution. Always using fast charge mode will decrease the life of the battery.

Very silent at bedside. Running pap machines bipap and cpap through Jackery and have notice that the machines get steady electricity and function better. Both running off battery and can get 4 hours at least. Either pap can run 10 hours easy. The a/c button may pop and the cpap will shut off abruptly but easily turned back on. Charges from 30 power to 100 in less than 4 hours. Charges cells up very quickly and the cells stay charged longer than when plugged. Didn't noticed any difference with fan function plugged in with pap and cell other than sucked down the battery quickly. A lot heavier than expected to lift and handle is very nice. Shame there is no wheels on bottom of unit to roll like luggage. Mostly surprised how much better pap therapy is plugged into Jackery vs wall outlet. Speaks volumes about the lack of grid's quality of steady electricity flow. Overall not worried about not sleeping in the next power outage. Very happy about being able to make payments instead of dropping the entire cost at once. It helps on a fixed budget to stay fixed. If bugging out becomes a priority, it is going to make a break for it a lot more realistic and pretty sure swinging it like Thor's hammer would help against zombies in an attack. It will also not be loud enough to call for zombies either while in use. Always wise to have options.

Updated to add that customer service contacted me and offered a partial refund so i added 2 more stars. It doesnt do what it says it will do. The app i downloaded was trash and everytime I want to see the status of my jackery i have to re connect it via Bluetooth so what's the point in being able to view it from afar when I have to go to it? I think i totally wasted my money and should've gone with the other brand.

I bought this mainly for my resmed airsense 11 that I take camping. The use of the DC or the USB ports should power the cpap for several nights but both ports shut down the quick draw current from the 1000v2 because the 1000v2 is too sensitive to the power pull from 12 to 24 volts needed to power the cpap. I am using OEM resmed cables and have tried aftermarket cables as well. Everyone out there is haveing the same problem. The 1000v2 detects a quick 24 volt pull and for safety reasons the 1000v2 cuts off the current to the cpap and numerous other small camping appliances. It would be nice if Jackery could engineer some kind of buffing unit or cable that would stop this problem. So now while camping I use the AC feature on the 1000v2 to power the cpap. It last about four 8 hour nights on a full charge. If I could use the DC or USB Ports to power the cpap I could easily double or even triple the running time on the cpap.

I purchased this for my husband, who sleeps with a CPAP machine. He cannot go camping and because that machine is humidified we couldn’t find any power that would last the whole night. My brother uses Jackery all the time in his business and recommended we try it out. I can sum it up in two words: GAME CHANGER! Thank you for making this product!!!

I have had a small Jackery unit for about 3 years and have loved it. I live off grid and it runs my lights. So I thought I would get another bigger unit. I purchased a 1000 with the foldable solar panel. It took FOREVER to get it charged with the panel and whenbI tried to use it, it overheats and shuts down. Mind you, the other small unit is in the same home and experiencing no problems. I contacted Jackery, answered questions and then NOTHING after being told to take it out of the house, don't use it or charge it. I called customer service during business hours and they said electronically they were not available and to call back during business hours. WTF??? I now have spent over $1600.00 for an inoperable unit and can get NO HELP.
