If you live outside the lower 48 you have probably had an order canceled on you before. This page is the list we wish every store published, so you can tell in thirty seconds what is worth adding to a cart.
The rule is simple: if it stores energy, we cannot ship it outside the lower 48. If it moves, converts or monitors energy, we can. The restricted destinations are Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Cannot ship: stations and batteries
Every Bluetti power station and every Bluetti battery. That is the Apex 300, Elite 320, Premium 100 V2, Premium 200 V2, AC200P L, Pioneer Na, FridgePower, X60 and Handsfree 1, plus the B300K, B500K, BlueCell 200, B4810, B1210 and B1232.
Lithium packs this size travel under hazardous-goods rules our carriers apply to air and ocean legs, and we ship from a single warehouse in Upland, California, so every one of those destinations needs one.
Can ship: solar
- PV100 FX flexible 2-pack — 200W total (two 100W panels), for a roof
- PV200 and PV350 folding panels
- SORA 500 and SP100L
- 350W 3-pack (1,050W)
- SolarX 4K PV regulator, plus the XT60 to dual MC4 cable, MC4 Y branch pair and MC4 extension cable
Can ship: charging from the tow vehicle or shore power
- Charger 1 (560W) and Charger 2 (1,200W)
- DC Hub for Charger 2 — 700W, nine DC outputs
- D40 (for the AC200L) and D050S charging enhancer
- The AC charging cables, including the 30A/50A cable for AC300 and AC500 and the Apex 300 50A fast charging cable
Can ship: the RV5 system's electronics
The RV5 inverter (5,000W, 120V), the Epanel distribution panel and the Epad control screen all ship, along with all four wiring packs — battery, ePanel, alternator and solar.
The only part of a 5kWh RV5 system we cannot send you is the B4810 battery. Buying the battery locally and the electronics from us is a route that works, and it is what we usually suggest. Our kit versus parts guide shows what each piece costs separately, which makes that split easy to price.
Can ship: expansion, parallel and monitoring
Hub D1, Hub A1, the P480A parallel box, Display 1, both foldable trolleys, the MultiCooler, and every connection, 12V and adapter cable we list — including the P090A expansion cable and the Elite 300 12V 30A RV cable.
One thing to watch
A 12V 30A RV cable is a 12V DC output cable, not shore power. Most Bluetti TT-30 listings are charging input cables. The two stations we carry with a TT-30 outlet on BLUETTI's spec sheets, the AC200P L and the Apex 300, are power stations, so they are lower-48 only like the rest. Our guide to running a 30 amp RV from a power station covers that properly.
